I was one of 3 presenters today (along with Bob Sesler and Brandon Penn at Penn State Behrend's Sam Black School of Business for their Power of Real Estate Seminar. We each gave an overview of investing in rental real estate and any words of wisdom we could jam into about a half hour per speaker!

My interview with Michelle Perkins on herMoney and You Podcast  was a little different since her podcast is not centrally a real estate specific podcast. But we talked a lot about real estate and money as well as mindset for investing, keeping track of your money, and taxation of real estate investing activities.

I did my second interview with Brandon Bruckman on his Retiring Real Estate Investor Podcast. This time we featured a discussion on searching for property that meets your criteria and going from $0 to $10,000 per month in net cash flow from rental properties.

Mike Morawski and I slammed through a discussion on generational wealth, loyalty, and a variety of real estate topics on his Insider Secrets Podcast.

John Golden and I gave his listeners some new things to think about on his fast-paced Sales Pop Podcast.

Did a lively interview on the Deal Nation Podcast with Michael Bartolomei. He was in Mexico at the time of the interview!

Jen Josey and I hit it off with our accounting backgrounds on her Real Estate Investor Growth Network (REIGN) Podcast. It was a "badass interview with a lot of "badass" advice. (You'll have to listen to understand the 'badass' reference and the twist on the Baby Got Back song lyrics!)

I got in the ring with Tavis Westbrook and Ashton Hines on their Real Estate Heavyweights Podcast. We spent some extra time on Personal Financial Statement preparation and tenant screening questions.

I guested on Mike Swenson's Real Estate Leveraged Freedom (REL Freedom) Podcast, where we talked about keeping balanced in life as well as taking action followed by commitment.

I was the only guest panelist on This Month in Real Estate Investing with James A. Brown. This show is live-streamed, and there are supposed to be three guest panelists, but the others have cancelled. We nailed it!

Hutch Hutchinson interviewed me for his Multi-Family Real Estate Experiment Podcast, where we talked about adding rental properties to your (already busy) life and the contract between riches and wealth.

Brandon Bruckman and I discussed retiring from the rental property game by becoming a hard money lender on his Retiring Real Estate Investor Podcast.

I was a featured speaker last week at the Mr. Landlord.com 24th annual national convention in Indianapolis. I did a presentation on having less drama with contractors in keeping with their theme this year of more income and less drama. I also hosted a round table discussion in the evening.

I was one of 5 instructors today at the Landlord 201 class offered by the Apartment Association of Northwestern Pennsylvania at the Kahkwa Country Club near Erie. PA. I spoke about best practices for your life and business that you may not have thought about.

Steve Szumigale and I completed the last of the 4-session course offered by the Apartment Association of Northwestern PA with 24 enthusiastic new and not-so-new Erie area landlords last evening. Benny Fisher came to Erie for a face-to-face interview with me for his Big Fish Cares Podcast. While not putting an emphasis on the "how to" of operating rentals, Benny had some prying questions about my views and beliefs, and why I think that way. I was a guest instructor on a live webinar hosted by California Realtor/Investor Rick Fuller. It was the concluding session of a teaching series for Realtors, and we centered our talk on mindset and riches vs. wealth, along with how real estate is the IDEAL investment.

Today I recorded a fast-paced interview with host Brett Swarts on his Build it to Billions Podcast. We dwelled on riches vs. wealth and mindset topics, and I had to field some surprising questions!

I was a featured speaker (I talked about networking, joining the Apartment Association of Northwestern PA, and hard money lending) at a real estate meet-and-greet organized by rockstar Realtor/investor Dana Dickerson and Tay Toran.

I was interviewed for the 2nd time by Jerome Lewis on his RE Marketing Podcast. My first interview with Jerome from 6 weeks ago should be out next week.

I interviewed on J Darrin Gross's Commercial Real Estate Pro Podcast. This show is not mainly about just commercial real estate anymore, so we talked a lot about the right mindset for investing as well as risk-taking. It should be out in about 4 weeks.

I will be teaching the Apartment Association of Northwestern PA's Landlord 101 class with Steve Szumigale on Tuesday & Thursday, 4/29/25 & 5/1/25, and the following Tuesday & Thursday, 5/6/25 & 5/8/25, from 5:30-9:30 PM at the Apartment Association of Northwestern PA's conference room at 1127 W. 38th St. in Erie. All four sessions are required to complete the course.

Today, my interview with Lindsay Davis on the On the House With Spartan Invest Podcast was a little different. We explored several topics, including mindset and property management. Lindsay added a lot of her own insights, too.

Today I had an in-depth interview with Andrew McCormick and Vince Rodriguez on their RE Social Podcast. This one was really in-depth on the rental property business, the economy, and hard money lending. It should be out soon.

This evening, I did a fast-paced interview with Dave Dubeau on his Property Profits Real Estate Podcast. It should be out in a few weeks. 

My latest interview is with Steve Fierros, Tri-City Equity Group on his Cashflow ProJect Podcast. Lots of discussion on the proper mindset and financial statements to be out soon. 

Nick Sorensen of the Erie Times-News interviewed me extensively for an upcoming feature article about my entire career from high school through the present. We covered everything from managing bands and being on the radio in the 70s, to my mobile DJ work, my real estate career, and my book.

Thursday, I did a really interesting interview on the Money School Podcast with host Chris Naugle. Should be out in a couple of weeks.

I just did a down-home interview on Corwyn Melette's Exit Strategy Radio Show Podcast. He wants me back already!
